Joe Bochicchio:
Lawyer &
Managing Member

Joe Bochicchio

Joe is an experienced lawyer with in-depth experience and insight. His style is best described as “easy-going and fun to be with yet serious and professional when it comes time to put on the uniform.” These days, his uniform is a suit and tie as he represents his clients in front of various tribunals.

Joe began his career in banking while he attended graduate school and law school at night. He rose through the ranks to become the U.S. Eastern Regional Executive for a large bank holding company and managed a territory from the Mississippi to the Eastern Seaboard.

He successfully launched a technology company, taking the company from an idea on a sheet of paper to over 57 employees operating in 34 states, where he served as President, CEO & General Counsel.

Joe started his law firm in 2004 and specialized in all aspects of caring for Veteran’s and their finances. In his downtime, Joe runs the not-for-profit Second Amendment/Gun Rights organization R2BA.org.

Joe regularly speaks on a variety of regularly speaks to Veteran’s groups, such as the Marine Corps League, local American Legion Posts, and a variety of other non-profits that assist Veteran’s with disability claims to groups of CPAs, fellow lawyers, CFOs, and other financial professionals, and has unique insight into a multi-disciplinary approach to financial problem-solving. He is a sought-after speaker on Veteran’s benefits, and as the son of two teachers, he jokes that “there must be a teaching gene” as he is known for his ability to take the complex VA laws and regulations and make them simple to understand. He applies this same level of diligence and love to learning and teaching all of his cases, as often keen insight and attention to detail are the key ingredients to his success on Veteran’s disability claims.

“The number one reason an otherwise good case is denied is failure to connect all the dots,” says Joe. And connect those dots, he does.
